UPDATE #1: I want to update this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. After, I explained that his service supplier sprayed all around my bed, and also the things underneath my mattress, billed me an outrageous cost and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine for $135, he provided me support for 1/2 of what I was billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim when my employees treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I would have given away my services for free and done anything necessary to correct the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's truly kind check my site of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer support and being good citizens.
